You must understand, the ball is in your court.
There are things you need to know and understand and accept.
1. There is no editing on our end, if your image is too dark on
your screen, your print will be too dark and so on.
2. Once you let the order go there is no stopping it and no editing.
3. If you mess up, there are no free redo's.
4. Normal service time is one business day, but there is not an absolute guarantee.
5. This is a new service and it may take some time to work all the bugs out.
6. There is no rule six (a small inside joke)
7. It is best to upload images later at night or early in the morning, durning the middle of the day the net and systems tend to be busier and uploads take longer.
8. Size your images appropriately, edit them to the proper size and
proper file size, click on the editing help page link at the bottom.
9. You MUST supply billing information, at this time there are no accounts receivable.
10. Orders will be available (usually) by 8:30 am, the cut off time for an order to arrive the next day is 8:00pm.
