Package Descriptions
A note about my packages, I have tried to make them as simple and straightforward as possible. The packages are not about time, but levels of coverage. Since weddings seldom run on time I thought it might be easier to end our coverage when the photos we want are done. So it is about the service and not the time of day.
The Photography (with titles I like to refer to as 'plain hobbit sense'.)
"The Wedding", coverage includes the ceremony, photos at the church, formal bridal and family portraits at the church, studio portraits and one outdoor location (of your choice). Also included is an engagement/love story photo session, a proof album, and DVD or group of CD's with viewable and emailable (but not printable) images files
Cost is $1000.00 plus tax.
Option A: A DVD or Group of CD's with printable image files. Add $200.00
"The Wedding and the Cake:, is the same as above with the exception that I will travel to your reception location to photograph your arrival, cake cutting and sitting down for diner and toasts.
Cost is $1200.00 plus tax.
Option A: A DVD or Group of CD's with printable image files. Add $300.00
"The Wedding and the Dance" coverage begins with the bride preparing for the day (if possible and practical), bridal portraits in her home (or on location, if desired), coverage of the ceremony, groups, families, studio portraits, photos at (at least) two outdoor locations. Coverage of the reception through to the major events of the dance, any additional family and group shots. This package includes a free engagement/love story session, a proof book and a DVD or CD with veiwable and emailable (but not printable) image files.
Cost is $1600.00
Option A: A DVD or Group of CD's with printable image files. Add $400.00
Down payments. We ask for a 20% down payment at the time of the booking, and the balance is due on the wedding day. We are very easy going there, we also take checks and credit cards even cash!
A note on cancellations. In the event the wedding is postponed, we are more than happy to change the date for you (or with you) provided we are not already booked. In the event the wedding is called off, the down payment is not refundable. If the wedding should get cancelled less than thirty days from the date scheduled the full balance will be due. (By that time I have already invested in film, albums, ect)
Travel. We do not charge for travel in an two hour radius or so, for longer distances I would charge a little extra for gas money and a little more if I was far enough away that I needed to stay overnight. I would (could) fly to any location, those and associated charges would be billed to you.

These are all completely custom made to order, and may include text, graphic design, and no limit (within reason) of images.
Extra reprints can be ordered from any image at any time.
"The Special", features the bonded leather cover, six pages, twelve mats and all prints. The cost is $325.00
'The Deluxe" features the bonded leather cover, twelve pages, twenty four mats and all prints. The cost is $425.00
"The Premeir" features the bonded leather cover, eighteen pages, thirty six mats and all prints. The cost is $250.00
The number of photos will depend on the design of the book.

8x10, twenty pages and all prints. $1600.00
11x14. twenty pages and all prints. $1800.00
12x18. twenty pages and all prints $2000.00
Other services for the wedding couple that we offer.
New for 2005! PA/Sound system rental. $50.00/day gets you a small sound system, mic and either a cd or cassette player. Great for indoors or outdoors! Plus I have cd's with wedding music available.
Arch Rental, I have a metal arch for rent, decorate as you like, $20.00/wedding.
Something new!
Going back to my musical roots I have begun writing, producing and recording original music. Have an original song produced for your wedding! Write your own lyrics for your personal romantic touch. I will write, record and produce the music, and you can have a choice of a vocalist to pre-record the vocal or sing them live at your wedding. I need at least six weeks lead time. Cost is $400 per song, with recorded vocal(s) add $100.00.
* The free engagement sitting is there for you as a gift as is the Love Story session with the all day package. They are freebies and have no monetary value for your wedding package. You need to use them or lose them.
